Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and TADAAA! LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, 415 Wick Lane, Hackney Wick, London E3 2JG, United Kingdom ("Rocketbox", "we", "us"). By using Rocketbox you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
The service
Rocketbox runs Instagram marketing for your business. You send us photos and videos through WhatsApp or Telegram. We turn them into posts, Reels and Stories, write captions, and publish them to the Instagram account you connect. We may also use public information about your business, such as your website and map listings, to make posts more accurate.
We keep improving Rocketbox, so features may change over time. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and use Rocketbox for a business. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to bind it to these terms. You're responsible for everything done through your account, WhatsApp number and connected Instagram account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Plans and billing
You can start for free. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice ends. If a payment fails, we may pause publishing until it's resolved.
Your content
You own the photos, videos, text and branding you send us ("your content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, edit, adapt, combine and enhance your content, including with AI tools, and to publish the result to your connected accounts. The licence lasts only as long as we need it to provide the service.
You confirm that:
- you own your content or have permission to use it,
- anyone recognisable in your content, such as clients, staff or passers-by, has agreed to appear in public marketing,
- your content doesn't infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
We may occasionally use published posts as examples of our work, for instance on our website. We'll only do this with your permission, and you can withdraw it at any time.
AI-generated content
Rocketbox uses AI to write captions and to create or enhance images and video. AI output can be inaccurate, and it can look different from what you expected. Posts go live automatically. You can delete any post at any time, and we'd encourage you to check your feed regularly. You're responsible for what appears on your account, including any offers, prices or claims in a post, so let us know if something needs correcting.
Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram
Rocketbox relies on third-party platforms. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms, including Instagram's Terms of Use and community guidelines. We can't control those platforms. If one of them changes its API, limits reach or restricts your account, we're not responsible, but we'll do our best to keep your service running. You can disconnect Instagram at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Rocketbox to publish content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing, or that breaks platform rules. Don't try to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or reverse-engineer the service.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Rocketbox and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don't pay, or if we have to because of a legal or platform requirement. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first. If we shut down the service entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid fees for the time after the closure.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited.
Rocketbox is a business service. We aren't liable for lost profits, revenue, followers, reach, business opportunities or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
We don't guarantee any particular results, such as followers, engagement or bookings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll tell you by WhatsApp or email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using Rocketbox after that, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't waived it.
